My time on Route 66, the Mother Road. What I wanted to experience on my trip on Route 66 were the remnants of America in a more innocent, and simpler time. I started out by driving “The Mother Road” every mile, however I found that a bit tedious in certain points where the road turned to gravel, so my goal switched to driving along the “Double 6″ in each state it passed through. These images are the result of two trips my most extensive trip in the summer of 2010.
